This place is a joke.. Mgmt is bad done been through several mgrs. Bad place to live.
Needs some cleaning up and updating. Has been there for years.nThere for personal reasons.
When I first moved in back in'98 I loved it.but when they sold the place it went down hill from there.making promise's they can't keep. I think this place is just a write off. If they would fix all of these streets around here instead of patching them all the time they would save money in the long run. I guess we all are not worth it. They have to give Cheryl the o k before she can do anything. I guess it ain't happening! We're inprisoned by potholes. they need to rename this place POTHOLE PARK. It fits, right?ud83dude20
The Richland Police are constantly harassing travelers coming in and out of the mobile home community, including every visiting friend and family member of the late Sara Ward who incidentally was residing there when she died of cancer. Officer Nick McClendon makes up bogus excuses to pull people over because he believes that person could have illegal drugs on their person. (The aforesaid statement is based upon Officer McClendon's own admissions under oath during court proceedings). Officer Cody Hamilton is rumored to pull over females and exchange sexual favors to throw away the tickets. It is also rumored that these officers are currently under investigation for their misconduct. They are corrupt cops of Rankin county that do what they want to do when they want to do it.
