I truly enjoyed my experience with the manager at American Mini Storage. Chelsea was very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. I am truly looking forward to my time with this company. I feel that my belongings are very safe being stored there. If you are looking for a safe and affordable storage unit, come to America Mini Storage.
My first experience was when i came in, the property manager was very nice. Her name is Chelsea. The next few times I came in, she helped me get set up for autopay. She has been very helpful. The unit and property is clean. The property is gated and safe. She also provides retail such as locks, one stop shop. I do recommend friends!
Wonderful, The lady up front is very sweet and makes you feel welcomed right when you walk through the door. She doesn't mine answering any question..
Chelsea was amazing...Customer service was TOP NOTCH . I would definitely recommend their service, I called and she had everything ready by the time I arrived best storage service I've used. She even stayed after closing to make sure i was satisfied with everything. Hands down AMAZING!!!
