I called and was sent to a customer service agent and was told a technician would call me. About an hour later they called me and told me a tech would be out to my house after his other customers. He came out about 5 hours later I believe to get in my mobile toolbox. He was very nice. Enjoyed chatting. He had to drill out my lock. Seemed like a lot of money just to drill out the lock. Total came to $150 to get into to it. Didn’t take 20 min. We got into though so I’m happy

Good experience, however, it should be noted that this number is to a dispatch service out of state. The dispatcher was very nice, but had issues locating the address for the locksmith to find me since she was out of state and did not know the area. The locksmith was local and professional. I would recommend choosing a true local dispatcher first (if you have the chance), but overall, good experience with KeyMe.
