This is the WORST DEALERSHIP I have ever brought a car from. I purchased a car from them on 2/10/2020. A 2007 Lexus IS 250. I was told that the car had a 90 day warranty and that if I had any problems with the car to call the them or the warranty dealership. After bringing the car back to them to look at it 4 days after I had it due to a knocking noise that I kept hearing on the front passenger side, and being told that it was a rattling from the bumper. I was advised to take it to a body shop. I took the car to a body shop, Firestone, Mavis tire, Integrity automotive, and then to Brody Automotive, to find out that there is $3700 worth of work that needs to be done to the car. I took the estimate and car back to them per the bank that the car was financed through. Brock had the audacity to say that the mechanic was not replicable. He also accused me of causing the damage to the car. Brock then said that he was not going to refund me my money, even though I no longer wanted the car and having all of these issues and I had not had the car 3 weeks. He then had Brian call me and say that there was nothing wrong with the car and that the Carfax showed that the car was in excellent condition. I took the car to Herrin Gear Lexus and they stated that the car had suspension work that needed to be done, which is what my mechanic had on his invoice. And the car that I paid $8,498.73 for was only worth $4,000. This car lot is RIP OFF and they are SHADY!!! They are nice as heck when you first come b/c they want your money and they are selling cars for LEMONS!!!! I have contacted the Better Business Bureau b/c under the lemon law I have 30 days, and I had been having problems with this vehicle since I got it.
