Ordered online. Drove to restaurant, pulled up to drive thru. Sat in line for 15 minutes no answer at speaker. Pulled around to window, waited another 8 minutes never saw an employee in building. Called and someone answered the phone.(( (Shocking I know.)) Gave them my number for my order and was told that it was frozen, couldn't get my order. Now keep in mind it took me 30 minutes to drive there. So I believe they had enough time to prepare my order. Lady offered to give us chicken in place of it. We took it cause the kids were hungry. She couldn't refund our money since we paid online . Come on Popeye gotta do better.
Food was cold and terrible the shrimp was bad and the fries were all stuck together like siamese twins and yeah what really did it was fhe lil bitty tub of the red beans and rice that was halfway filled up...
The employees were courteous and polite. Their chicken sandwich was delicious. The piece of chicken was thick and juicy. Excellent!
Love that chicken from Popeye's. Just wished their chicken sandwiches were allowed to have cheese on them.
The most sorry employees I've ever seen in my life. First I went inside and they acted like I wasn't there and completely ignored me then I sat in the drive thru only to get to the speaker and they ignored it like I wasn't there. Needs way better management and different employees that know a little something about customer service!!!
