This was, by far, the most poorly managed Popeyes that I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. Firstly, all the customers preceding me in line were not asked to pull forward, despite wait times of 10+ minutes each, they were allowed to sit at the window and wait for their food. Secondly, i was asked to pull forward immediately after paying, unlike the other customers. Third, after my 20 minute wait for my food I was assuming it would at least be fresh and hot. It was, most assuredly, neither of those things. To say that I was disappointed in the quality of the food would be an understatement of epic proportion. The bread was stale and crumbling and the meat was cold. You might be wondering how a chicken sandwich could be served cold after a 20 minute wait.. and your confusion would be well warranted, as was mine. If you're ever passing through this part of the country and think that Popeyes might satiate your hunger, do yourself a favor and drive on to the next one. Otherwise the course of your day might be irrevocably changed by the rage that this restaurant's poor customer service and low quality, cold, food are likely to induce. If I wanted to be served cold chicken by a rude person I could've just stayed home.

Food not that good! Prices to high also! Very disappeared because other Popeyes are excellent, this one however I do not recommend.

At 630 pm I ordered a 12 piece all dark meat spicy meal.. i get No spicy chicken, no dark meat, no mac and cheese , and never gave me my mashed potatoes and gravy. Not happy at all.

Even though the drive up was long, when I got the chicken it was hot. Food always delicious.

This is the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to. Chicken had black specks on it and my whole order was wrong.
