My cousin and I visited Arturo’s last night for a quick bite to eat. Upon entry, there were two families in front of us. Those families were seated promptly. After about 10 min of waiting, we were then told to seat ourselves. After being seated, we waiting another 10 min before a waitress took our orders. In this process more people were coming in to be seated as well as leaving the establishment. 20 more minutes passed by and we still did not receive water or our orders despite seeing other people coming in after us being waited on and enjoying their delicious food. A second hostess stopped by our table about 10 min later and we expressed our issue and he assured us that our food as well as our beverage selections would be out shortly. 10 min later, which is now a total of an hr, we are still without food or our beverage selections. All of this is happening while others are promptly being serviced. We were the only African Americans in the establishment. And we sat very close to the kitchen’s entrance. It seems as though every other race was being serviced promptly and we were not serviced at all.

I was passing through town and stopped in for a quick lunch. Service was good along with unlimited chips and salsa. Tomatillo sauce was good and I got the chicken lunch fajitas. The fajitas were very tasty and had more of a combination of vegetables such as mushrooms than a common eatery. I was pleased with the food taste and service. Highly recommend giving them a try.

I’ve live in Crystal Springs my entire life, never have I ever felt so overlooked, or inferior to any living person. My cousin and I only wanted a drink, but we were ignored. We stood at the door for about 10 minutes, until we asked if we could sit in an empty section. Don’t get me wrong, the restaurant was busy, but it wasn’t too busy that we should’ve been ignored. We all honesty I do believe we were ignored because we’re black. Everybody was waited on even the people on the patio, that came after us. Two waiters took or order yet we never received it. After about 45 minutes we just walked out! I will never patronize this business again!

We got 2 shrimp chimichangas with extra rice and guacamole. It was excellent as always!

First off, the margarita was delicious! I had the flauntas which was very good. The service was excellent. The restaurant was extremely clean. I will be going back to try different items.
