Awesome wonderful customer service and wonderful prices it's a nice place to sit down and eat

We have been several times and it was great but Saturday 11/7/20 we went at 11:45 and the experience was horrible. I don’t know if they have changed owners or not. We go when we are camping at Lake Lincoln. When we drove up there were no cars which seemed strange.Mg husband got out to check the hours and they should be open. We started to leave and called them. They said they were open.... open sign not on. We ordered a club sandwich , onion rings and a BLT. After a few minutes the cook told thenother girl they did not have any bread. She then offered the club in a hoagie bun and mg husband said ok and then he suggested a hamburger bun did thy s BLT. We got to the camper and the BLT had 2 slices of rubbery bacon, very little lettuce and no tomato. The club had roast beef and bacon. He can’t remember if there was cheese. The onion rings were out in cold oil. When you went to take a bite grease poured out... We both ending up taking a couple bites of the sandwiches and throwing them away $18.00 down the drain. On a fixed income this is cruel. We will be camping again up there in January and I would be curious to see if they are still open. Would love to know what was going on,nnUpdate: I got a response from the owner very quickly that I appreciate very much. Great little diner. Good food at a super affordable price. One of the few places I know where you can get a tomato gravy biscuit. They have daily lunch specials which are huge portions for an amazing price. One of our favorite places to eat.

Excellent! Food was super, I had open roast beef. Husband had chicken fried steak sandwich with fries. Chocolate pie too! The service and atmosphere give it the whole 5 stars.
