If you are on a time limit ABSOLUTELY DO NOT rent from UHAUL. Their lack of structure will cause an immense amount of problems and extra money. Even if you have the confirmation and everything set up, they have no clue to what the hell they are doing. I was on a very tight schedule moving from Memphis to Atlanta. We got sent to over four different locations to pick our truck up, which delayed us a complete day to getting back on time. It cost us an extra $400. We will never use this company again.
Very Helpful staff, but the U-Haul APP doesn't always work in their parking lot, so TEST your reception BEFORE you choose mobile check-in!!! Otherwise, you may be limited to renting ONLY DURING OFFICE HOURS. Ask me how I know.
April and Stephanie are the bomb!! Smiling and joking, what more can you ask for on a fridged night. Guys helped to get us loaded and un frozen too. 2nd time here, and they put us first. Tyvm group for all you do /did.
You had ONE job. Helping people move.nnNot only do they not answer the phone, their automated phone service doesn't work. Nor does the website make it clear how to schedule a hitch installation.
