Ruth at the McCullough Blvd location was cheerful and professional. She took the time to verify that my unit would be large enough to hold everything I own and we found that it would not, However she was able to get me an upgrade which allowed me to get all my furniture out of my apartment on time. Thank you for taking the time to see my concerns through the end. I appreciate Ruth willingness to to help me even after Storage Max working hours. Please give Ruth a call for any of your storage concerns and someone give this woman a raise!
Great facility and great staff!! Super friendly employees. Our unity was clean and parking was well lit and secure. I had to make a late stop in our move while I was by my self. I felt completely safe. Will definitely use Storage Max again if the need arises!

Great place to store your stuff .
I’m in the process of selling my house so I’ve been checking around for a storage unit for my belongings once my home sells. I decided to stop and check out StorageMax. Macie and Ruth were very helpful in providing all the information I needed. They showed me around the place, we checked out a few units, they are extremely clean. And I love the fact that the place well lit at night and has a great security system. Both ladies were very professional and super nice!! When the time comes for me to move my things, I will DEFINITELY be renting a unit from StorageMax!!! And I do recommend this place to anyone in need of storage!! Wonderful people and a very clean and safe environment.
