I give them 4 star because my appointment time is 1 pm but I check in 10.10am got the door 10.40 ready for road 30 min
Owner operator cancel this load immediately and look for something else its not worth it . Been here in the past but forgot about it and came again worst place ever . 5-6 hour wait easy and you wont sleep in that time so when u get out youll be tired . AVOID AVOID AVOID NOT WORTH ANY MONEY / CAT LiTTER is the product heavy expect 20 trucks Easy infront of you . Is There more to say ??? RUN JUST DON’T
DO NOT EVER COME HERE. I have been here over 5 hours and haven't even gotten a door yet. Trucks lined up out onto the hwy and still coming in. Horrible place. The people are rude and obviously very lazy.
Not sure about appointments.... I should pick up my load between 08:00 -21:00 arrived at 15:45 there was 4 trucks on the docks and 1 ahead of me.... I got my door after the driver, who arrived before me, so I think first come first serve working better than appointments.... 1 hour and 45 min total , not bad.... portable toilet, overnight parking.
Got there early after making delivery that morning in Memphis TN. They had me in an out door in a hour or so.
