Affordable Lock and Key is affordable and they have excellent service. It was my first time using them and the customer service was awesome. I have to brag on Ms. Crystal she is the best. From the moment I stepped through the door she did everything she could to help me. I would recommend Affordable Lock And Key to anyone.

I brought in 7 working locks to get rekeyed. They told me it would be a few hours and they would call me when they were done. A few hours came and went with no call.nnI went to the store later that day and they had just started working on the locks before I arrived. I waited for an hour and they seemed to be having trouble with one of the locks. The guy told me they needed another 30 minutes.nnI took the rest of the locks with me and figured I could pick up the last one the next day. The locks that were done worked but the key was sticky in all of them. Hopefully that will go away after a while.nnThe next day I called and the lock still wasn't ready. Later in the day I was in the area and I stopped by. They told me that the lock was already broken before they started working on it, but they gave me a similar looking lock to replace it.nnI installed the lock and it didn't work with my door. I took it back to the store and they acted like it was my problem. I told them that all the locks were working when I brought them in and now I was out a lock.nnThey said that maybe they could order another lock but that the guy that could do that wasn't there at that time. They took my name and number and promised to call me. 2 weeks later and the store has never called me.nnI will never use this business again and I recommend that no one else does either.

The staff are always friendly and very knowledgeable. I always go in for one thing and come out with more. Very nice inventory.

Poor customer service and people skills. Highest prices in North MS. Take your business somewhere else.

Young men in their acted like they would have rather been anywhere but there. I paid $185. Guy took money left me just standing there 20 minutes. Answered phone call left them on hold. Passed my key to another young man. He asked this your original key. Walks out door, goes to car. Then gie3s back in store never spoke to me. I stood there a minute. Went inside. My keys were laying on counter. I said, are you finished. He says yeah. I said well, would have been nice if you had told me. I will never go back. Customer service horrible!!
