I had an electrical problem on my property involving multiple buildings that 2 other companies couldn’t fix. I decided to try Hiller and called expecting to get someone to come out in a week or so. From the moment I called, my experience was excellent. Lisa took my call and, to my surprise, scheduled an electrician, Corey, to come out the same day. Corey came out and figured out our problem in less than 3 hours, covering a large area, in the rain. Corey was thorough, efficient, and friendly. I was extremely impressed!

My Husband and I recently had Hiller do some extensive work to our home,from replacing both AC units for our duplex, installing water heaters,sewer repair, etc. We can’t say enough how happy we are with the work that was done. The technicians were prompt, polite, knowledgeable,and more importantly, professional. We have to give special recognition to Shawn Gould. He was Amazing and went over and beyond from the beginning of the process to the end and even after. We live out of state and have tenants so getting this work done In a timely manner and done right was crucial. We thought it would be nerve wrecking because we weren’t physically there to see what was going on. Shawn helped calm our nerves and made it a point to keep us informed throughout the entire process. We flew up after the work was completed and have to say that our expectations were definitely exceeded. I would strongly recommend this company.

James did an excellent job fixing my toilet. He worked very hard until he found the cause of the leak, then fixed it.nnHe was a very pleasurable person who never lost his temper, although in my opinion, he had plenty of cause to do so

The technician came at 10:30 am to my complex and got his truck stuck . 7 (owners) guys asked to help push him out and he refused their help .nnWe only have 1 water line in complex and 49 other families water was turned off from my pipe burst.so they offered help even to take him to parts store so he could get parts he needed to start or do the repairs while he waited on tow truck. He refusednnHe gave me a quote of almost $700 to repair a single copper pipe.. he stated even though we had cut out the Sheetrock in the ceiling and pipe was visible and very easy asset that he had to wait on a second guy and had to go get parts needed once tow truck came and pulled him out.nnI asked him to have his boss send me another technician to fix if he wasn’t going to fix while waiting on tow truck. He stated the second technician was on his way alone with the tow truck.nnHe got to property at 10:26 am and sat in his truck until 1: 26 pm stated waiting on second technician and tow truck.nnI called him on phone and told him the other owners had called code enforcement because water had been off over 24 hours and a plumbing company was on property but nobody getting water fix. Owners even called media .nnAt this point he said , I’m going to get started at 1:30 on tenant repairs. He walked to tenant unit and then tow truck pulled up.nnTow truck pulled him out and drove his truck up in front of tenant house and he called me on phone 1:32 and told me to tell tenant to let him in.nnTechnician with no second person, didn’t go to get no parts , went in 1:33 and made repair and out by 2:20.nnHe lied about what he had to fix, I got before and after pictures. He was trying to price gouge me. Charging me almost $700 for less than a hour worth of work . He spent 3 hours in his try waiting on tow truck and refusing to fix repair when he first came leaving 49 families with no power to make it look like he was there working for 3 hours or more.nnI wouldn’t recommend this company to no one. I got pictures and statement from over 15 owners .

Corey Bryant was very professional and efficient. He quickly identified to source of my electrical issue and resolved it immediately. His work speaks well of his integrity.
