I am outraged at the fact the manager that I spoke to was not understanding or considerate to my order. I called to ask what was holding my order up explaining to her that I had placed the order at 11:51am 09/22/2020. It was going on 2pm... Long story short, we went back forth on the time I placed the order. I even offered to send her an email of my screenshot of emails from them and text between my husband I about placing the order. I have no reason to lie about it. And I was not rude about it until I realized that she was not going to realize their mistake! I have never had issues with them before but I will make it my job to never order with this location again!!!
I did not get to eat at Pizza Hut today. However, I gave it 4 stars because I have eaten here many times over the years and it has always been very good. I just want to call Pizza Hut’s attention To an obvious mistake. The website for this particular Pizza Hut says that they are serving “Dine-in”, when in fact, they are not. Carry out or delivery only. I am disappointed.
Service is always wonderful, prices are great for the quality of food you get.
Great large pizzas and just 10 dollars and fast service.
Food really good and the people right there is nice
