I purchased a car 2 years ago from ADF because they have in house financing and my credit is poor. I am paying an extraordinarily high interest rate but that's to be expected. I have been early on every single payment and I keep full coverage insurance on the vehicle as required by our contract. Twice this year I have received notification from the dealership threatening repossession stating my insurance has lapsed even though it hasn't. Rather than make one phone call to either myself or the insurance company, they would rather issue threats. Once my vehicle is paid for, I will never consider buying from them again for precisely this reason. I believe good paying customers should be appreciated but they obviously do not.
