Food is good sometimes and sometimes the food is just thrown together horribly and it's cold and taste funny... Most of the employees are nice but there are a few with bad attitudes... I would recommend getting new employees and managers and getting rid of the old onesud83eudd37♀ufe0f
I’m at sonic right now in Ripley Ms and I was just ordering for 5 kids and 4 adults and the lady taking my order was rushing me. If you can’t be polite and take someone’s order that’s a big order then fine someone with patience too do so. Idc how many people dislike this review. Treat others like you would want too be treated. If you wanted to be treated with respect then treat others with respect but if you want too be rude then the customer gonna rude back.
I visit the Ripley MS location every morning for my daily sweet tea fix. The staff knows my vehicle now. ud83dude42 they have my order to my window before the app checks me in. Great staff!
it was awful. They took 35 to 40 mms. then forgot jalapeno poppers. All of our burgers was flat light smooshed in bag. Burgers was dressed wrong. All 4 of them. Chili cheese tator tots was thrown in bag. All of our food was cold. They came out to bring order wasn't ours. Then two employed came out with receipt asking what we order. I worked at Sonic in Texas. Our burgers was smashed flat and cold.I was very disappointed with service after spending $35.
They always getting my orders wrong. You tell them no cheese and they still put it on it. And for get parts of the order. The screens dont hardly work so there is not enough room sometimes. And have waited for at least 30 minutes more than once.
