Best food, nice customer service and well maintained restrooms...
We were broke down at McDonald’s in Bethany, Missouri! Saw a love’s service truck and flagged him down! He stopped and was very generous and helped us! It was after hours and he help my husband, three kids, and I! Thank you Dan we greatly appreciate it! The world needs more Dans! It was terribly cold out and he also took the time to follow us to the parts store to make sure we made it safe! Give that guy a raise!
This review is based on the current issue in the world......MASKS!!! Please explain what is the point of having signs on the door or having reminders over the PA system about face masks or face coverings being required upon entry into the store when this is not being enforced? I walked out of the shower yesterday and right off the bat I seen 4 customers not wearing masks. So when I asked an employee about this they had no answer for me.
I loved this Loves Store #500nAt Eagleville, MonI was there may maybe 1 week agonWe stopped by to buy drinks and rest for a whilenI was in need of help with a FaxnAnd A Young Lady with The Name of Amanda TuckernWas very polite and very understanding, i asked her if how much the charge me for a fax email and she said 2 dollars, my reaction was 2 dollars are u sure Miss she said yes ma'am 2 dollar for any email you would like to receive, I told her oh ok, and i told her that a few days before i stopped at another loves truck stopnLoves #300 and that they had charged me 6 dollars for 3 pages though email.She said in a lovely voice im so sorry to hear, i said its ok, she saw me with a drink on my had and with a smile always on her face she said let me get that drink on me ma'am. I just want to thank Miss Amanda Tucker for being such a nice person and understanding because my day had not gone so great we had been traveling all day and had some car trouble, and when we stopped that moment at her love's Store #500 She made may day!
