Jacob was a lifesaver for me when I rented my unit from him. He was more than willing to work with me on extremely short notice. He keeps a close eye on the security and immediately notifies you if someone is using your entry code that shouldn’t be. The great pricing is an added bonus. Highly highly highly recommended this place above any others in the area.
I've been with Fall Creek Storage for about 3 years now. The customer service has been very good since the first phone call. the place is always clean and I've had no issues with security. I have a friend that has a unit there as well and they agree.nI don't know if they treat for insects, but that is the only downside I've had with this unit. It's outside and spiders and bugs get in. Because I don't go to my unit often, this can be rather off putting.nFor what it is, an outside, NON climate controlled, gated entry storage unit, it is very good.
Doing business with this company has me smiling each month.....SECURITY IS THIER PRIORITY, never have I felt my things to be safer as they are here. I've been out here to over 14 years. That must say something. I've not seen any trash etc. Anywhere. Place seem close to full. I've met alot of good people out there . I'd recommend it to folks.
