Was left on hold for 10 min. I was still on hold when I went to building. Line outside and the one lady had been waiting over an hour for 2 pizzas. People in front of me had been waiting for over 30 min. just to order. So I left and ordered my pizzas at Casey's where they were done exactly when they said they were going to be. I would say as I worked in the restaurant business you need more people for a Saturday night or management needs to step it up. I won't ever try eating here again, and I have eaten here before
This place is lousy. Called to get 2 medium pizza's and said it would take 35 minutes for delivery. Called back an hour later to be told it should be any minute. Called back 30 minutes later to be told the same thing so I asked I have already been waiting an hour and half how much longer. After being put on hold they finally figured out that my order was never placed. I asked why wasn't I told this the first time I called and the answer was I don't know. No apologies no nothing. I do not recomend. The service was horrible.
Called at 6:01pm lady said itd be 30 to 45 mins for my pizza to arrive. At 7:05 i called and told them to not bring it. Im not paying. You forgot my order is what happened. Never ordering agin this makes the 3rd time.
Oh wow, what a terrible experience! Called in an order of just 6 wings and breadsticks, was told it would be 20 minutes. Showed up 15 minutes after I called and then stood in their lobby for !25! more minutes!! I tried to ask where my order was and the employees literally ignored me, looked me right in the eye and didn't say a word to me. I walked out without paying or getting my food and I'll never go back here again. I had a bad experience here several years ago but never bothered to leave a review, but this was a whole new level of bad, and clearly nothing has changed in a long time. Please don't eat here... there's a much better Pizza Hut up on the north side of town by Home Depot.
Hard to get service over the phone, had to drive to location and waited 15 minutes to place order. Waited over an hour before order was completed
