It was an urgent call early on a Monday. Dillon responded so quickly I was amazed! Super courteous he even removed his boots so as not to dirty my floors! Repaired the leak immediately, explaining along the way what he was doing, showing me the problem that was the cause of it.nAnd it’s a local family business: Dad and 2 sons.nI can’t comment on the cost as I have nothing to compare it to.

Dillon was very polite, friendly and efficient. He arrived on time, found our leak very quickly and fixed it very quickly. He even found out what caused the leak and fixed it so it wouldn't happen again. I would recommend Neels Plumbing very highly.

I called Neels Ideal Plumbing because we had moved into a new home and were running out of hot water very quickly. Greg and Dillon came out, took one look at the water heater and said it needed replaced. I tend to be skeptical and assume people are always trying to up-sell and get more money out of me than necessary. However, Greg and Dillon showed me that there were multiple leaks in the heater and the entire bottom was rusted and ready to bust out, which had not been pointed out in our home inspection report! Within three hours they had the old heater out and a new one in. They explained they only install professional grade products, they never tried to get more money out of me and they are extremely polite and professional. Thanks to Greg and Dillon, our new home has a brand new water heater that will last for years and years. I will always recommend Neels Ideal Plumbing!
