This gym is a staple in the city of Mountain Grove Missouri! I met with the owner Mike and he took time to show me all the amenities this gym has from a nice cardio selection, a number of machines for all areas of the body, free weights, pull up machines, and separate area to FLIP TIRES!nnNot too mention that it is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. A true blessing right here!nnTR also has a whole separate room with a number of classes you can sign up for as well. TR fitness has it all! If you haven’t been to this gym yet, do yourself favor and pop in. Make sure to ask for Mike or Ross. They will take good care of you!

Love the tanning and the owner is very good to contact you immediately if there are any issues that arise!
My grandson goes there and does really good with his training to get into the Navy.
