Location is great and service was wonderful. Went through drive through and had a large order. They were quick and really nice. Seemed different than some other reviews.

This Location is by far the worst I’ve been to no matter what you order they get it wrong every time. The lack of communication between the cashiers and the ones making your drink is non existent. When you ask if they poured your shots over the tops like you requested they say it’s blended in. I said I didn’t order it that way. So needless to say 3 times in the last month I’ve had to take my drink to another location to have it made correct. I have had to I purposely go inside the stand alone store to watch them make the drink because the drive through can’t get it right. Going inside the store obviously isn’t working either. The lack of communication between employees and the condescending attitude towards the customer who just paid 8.50 to 9 dollars for a drink you would think that it would be correct and some politeness would make for a better review. I have never been to a Starbucks so unorganized and unprofessional. We are not all tourists and even if we were your job is to get the drinks correct the way we ordered it. I would suggest going to another location if you want your drink the way you ordered it. They have an I don’t care attitude.

We went in after about 3 hours of walking and shopping today to get a coffee to go. We sat down in some chairs to wait for the the coffee to get ready and was responding to business partners and customers. I was rudely told that I was not allowed to sit there while I wait for my coffee. They said, “There’s no seating for anyone in this place.” I look down the way and there are two Starbucks employees making use of the seating in the restaurant. I pointed out that they should hold the same standard for their employees they would hold for the public. I was told, “We are not going to make their employees stand.”nnHas Starbucks employees lost their minds or is their customer service training so poor from the home office they don’t understand the concept?nnI get were in a Covid situation. We’re weren’t staying. They didn’t even ask us if we thought we were. They just assumed and treated us poorly. Another home coffee shop here could put the hurt on them quickly with just “decent” coffee and good customer service.
