This was the best cup of coffee I’ve had in my life. I’m usually a black coffee girl but the cookie caramel latte peaked my interest and it did not disappoint. I live too far away to enjoy everyday but hope to have one again someday
I ordered two large coffees. One Hazelnut and one regular. I noticed the employee filling my order reached her hand inside one of the cups to separate it from the other cup before filling them up. Even if we weren't in the pandemic I would not want someone's ungloved hand reaching inside a cup that I will be drinking out of. I very meekly requested another cup afterwards and the employee made it obvious that she wasn't happy about it. When handing me my coffee after getting a new cup she said nothing. Offered no apology or anything at all.
The woman working was super nice but the espresso was not very good. And a $0.75 upcharge for a milk alternative is rough.
The barista and the coffee were amazing! Such a great experience. Thank you for being open.
The lattes are delicious! They have so many different flavoring to choose from and the atmosphere is so charming!
