Absolutely not! Signed a 12 month lease with a years option to extend and the “cranky” old manager forced me to move out and return the keys when I called to pay my monthly! Even with a legal signed commercial lease! Listen to his treatment of customers! I’ll post a link in the comments! He absolutely destroyed my 18 year olds fiat business he’s started with his own money! Rent, deposits, insurance, licensing, and bonding! Then signage, I was able to cancel that and eat the deposit. I’d be very careful doing business at this place! Also the wiring is wired directly to the breaker and has been wired to bypass the switches. I took care of that myself as that’s definitely not up to code!nnI’ll also add some links below in the comments to the phone calls I recorded! Listen to the owner and manager and see if your will to deal with this kind of ozark BS!

Very unsecure, dangerous wiring that doesn’t meet code! RUN
Very poorly ran business. This was going to be my first business to run myself and the general manager kicked us out of our 12 month lease with no reasoning. The reason given was “this hasn’t worked out from the get go”. Very professional.
