This was a challenging year for the company as they were not able to hire enough good employees who could do the work well. I started with one person who was not paying enough attention to detail and entered incorrect numbers which made the program say I would owe $5000 federally. Two weeks later I went in and Brenda took over and found the mistake and corrected it. I was given a discount for my worries and so it ended up that I got back money both from state and Federal which almost paid my fees. I am very happy with my results thanks to Brenda.
Hannah was super sweet and attentive! She really seems to know what she’s doing! I have never in my 48 years of life have ever had the pleasure of getting my return done by someone who genuinely cares about not only her company, but is folks too. Thank you so so much, hannah! :)
Our tax preparer was Paris Francis. She was absolutely amazing! Great personality, very efficient, and we were able to get right in. She made having to do taxes a lot less stressful. Thank you Paris!
