My husband and I visited Branson for Christmas through New Year. We stayed nearby Southwest Fitness. I called on Saturday and the owner, Mr. Ron, answered right away. He was very friendly and helpful. We purchased the punch card for our week long stay. He allowed my husband and I to share the same card and ,reminded us, it will never expire. The gym was always clean and well equipped. Mr. Ron was present for every visit we made and was always friendly! He made us feel very welcome!
Ron, the Owner & Donna, the Employee, are the BEST! I have been a member there for 5 years & they keep the gym CLEAN. Very Friendly & Good People to know when going up there to workout especially during this COVID-19 PANDEMIC. They care about their members. They are the BEST! They tried telling me I did not pay for a month, when the 24 hour access key won’t work unless you pay.. and I like to pay cash, and that seemed like a problem with them. They kept asking me if I wanted to put a card on file so they could just automatically take out the monthly fee.
Great place with a great clientele and Ron the owner is a first class guy!
