If I could I would have given the no stars. It took 30 minutes to not get my smoothie. I asked for a refund, which took like another 15 minutes, to find out I was charged for 2 more smoothies. Went back in to get that refunded it took another 10 minutes and the guy who was refunding me just gave me cash, and when I asked for a receipt he said, oh sorry I wasn't paying attention... So he just gave me a refund, come to find out it was more than what I was supposed to be refunded. But by the time I figured it out the store was already closed and I didn not want to deal with the employees a third time. ud83eudd26‍♀ufe0fud83eudd26‍♀ufe0fud83eudd26‍♀ufe0f

Got my order perfect and it was delicious! Love the Keto Chocolate Champ! Mobile order works great. Bathrooms were clean too.

Use the app to place an order, it defaulted to the Maryland Heights for some reason instead of the Olive location (which was closer and is the only location I’ve ever ordered from). I arrive at the Olive location and we realize the mistake, I call Maryland Heights to cancel the order and was told they had no way to refund me. Kind of strange in this day and age not to have a way to refund a customer. I was also disappointed that the Olive location didn’t offer to just remake the order for me. I’m not trying to get something for nothing, just would like to get what I paid for and good customer service.

I didn't want to put this on a public review, but since there is no way I could find on your website to contact the company about this, here I am.nnWe came into your location, admittedly 20 minutes before close, and there were 2 young individuals working, one male and one female. We ordered 4 smoothies at around 7:40. The employees couldn't remember what we ordered, asked us what we ordered at least 4 times and at 8:27, we just got a refund for the last smoothie because we were done waiting. The store is empty and closed and there are still 5 smoothies sitting on the counter.nnAs we were watching the 2 employees work, the young man seemed impaired in some way. He was wavering on his feet and holding on to counters. He was messing up orders and then disappearing in the back while the young girl struggled to make sense of what he was doing.nnAdditionally, when we went to get the refund, the one asking for the refund was charged again instead of being issued a refund.nnThe whole experience was abysmal.
