My son has been getting his haircut at Cookie Cutters for about 2 years now! Every single time we go we have a wonderful experience. He is excited to pick his special seat and select what tv show to watch while he gets his hair cut. He always leaves happy and smiling! We normally book with Nora and she is AMAZING! She's very personable and makes parents and kiddos feel super at ease! I would highly recommend!
We had a great experience for my daughter's first haircut. Our stylist was really nice and did her best to make a two year old comfortable. She did a great job on her hair, which can't be easy with a moving target. The place is cute.
This place was amazing. Owner and stylist were super nice. This place was a game changer for us as far as haircuts go. I highly recommend.They'll book after hour appointments for kids with sensory issues and special needs as well. I found the fastest way to reach them for questions was through Facebook. The only thing i would tweak would be to put a filter over the ceiling light where the kids lay to wash their hair. They make ones that look like cliffs or fish tanks and eliminate the glare.
Made an appointment on the app. Did not register. Went to salon. Was not able to be seen. App is a waste off time. Stylist Nora on the other hand is wonderful. We go there to see her. Called on the phone several times only to reach an answering service not a live connection in person .
1st time customer and I will continue to go back. This is the first place my son hasn't had a melt down while getting his hair cut. He has sensory issues, the stylist was able to get him to relax and made it enjoyable for all of us! The prices are reasonable and the staff is great!
