Ebony chopped my hair in literally 1 minute and all I asked for was a trim. She never sectioned or measured the hair , and gave me a difference of 1 1/2” in the front. I returned to the salon and demanded a refund and she gave a horrible attitude and would not even admit that she botched my hair , even though the proof was right in front of her eyes. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Now I have to get a corrective haircut. Will never ever be back at this location and will also tell everyone I know to stay away from them!
