This place is absolutely amazing, my daughter has her agility classes here for soccer and she absolute loves it. She gets a nice workout and gets to train to be a better soccer player. Brett is one of the coaches and is an amazing coach and guide to my daughter. Since taking his classes she even wants to eat healthier. She is not for fast food anymore.
They have really helped a friend of mine increase his mobility and overall strength. Plus he enjoys going. Can't recommend highly enough!
10/10 would recommend. Absolutely fantastic and helpful staff. I signed up at another location and transferred here.
I love e3! It's not just about coming in and getting your workout over with here. Brett cares about HOW you work out and tailors your fitness plan to to you, your body, and your fitness goals. I started working out with Coach Brett in 2012 to get in shape for my wedding. When the big day came, I had never felt better about my body in my life! I felt confident and strong. Fast forward several years and two kiddos later; it was time to get back on track at e3. Brett pushes you to do your best. Without him, I know I would only be doing half the work I do with him. I leave e3 every time feeling strong and excited about health. I am so thankful for this place!
I enjoy the early AM group boot camp. Don't let boot camp scare you, Brett will make accommodations for issues that you may have. I love the early time because I can walk out at 7AM feeling good because I have completed a good work out!
