Appointment was at 9am checked in at 0643 and was out of the dock at 0800. They were really fast..as soon as I was backed in they had started pulling it out. Awesome guy at the receiving office. Lots of overnight parking available. They charge lumper though. Also watch for the left turn off of page you could miss it. It's right past US food entrance. Check the photos for receiving office.
They open receiving at 4:45am. Yeah there’s a big overnight parking lot BUT it’s filled with their trailers and there’s only a few spots where you can park. You can also park on the side street (outside, coming from the i170 just before the main warehouse entrance).nnHad a 5am appt. got here at 4:30am, checked in at 4:45am, door assigned right away. Unloaded in 20 minutes. Got a text to pay lumper fee $75 online with my cellphone (Credit, Debit, Fuel Cards, COM, EFS, etc), Paid it. Got my papers and was out at 5:45am. Unbelievable.nnGood overall.
Nice people pulled in checked in put it in a door and I was done in no time.
Freezer folks r ok, lumpers kinda pricey, capstone with the electronic pay, have to ask for paper receipt
Slow got at 5am got on door 510am thought great now 8 an still here
