Wow. Placed an order, 6 weeks went by, called to check on it, NO RECORD OF MY ORDER.nTried to order again a year later, was told 3 weeks, 4 weeks later was told 2-3 more weeks, a month later was told only one of my items had been made, still waiting for 5 more. Every excuse by the owner from lack of employees to medical problems. I get it, but TELL YOUR CUSTOMERS YOU ARE 2-3 months behind, don’t just keep making excuses, as they also have businesses to run and count on your word being solid. Sorry, but can’t give the third chance. I’m out.
