I have been in Midland Storage for years, I have 3 of their largest units. Jo is a great Manager and has done marvelous upgrades just in the past year. They have been remodeling the exteriors, just recently put in a Brand New Electric Gate with a touch pad that lets you know who comes and goes.nThey have added Security Cameras all over for the facility for Much Better Security!! Jo has done an amazing job with the upgrades.nI highly recommend Midland Storage and Jo the Manager. I drive the Big White F-350 4 door dually, I am in there almost every day, say HI!
best storage place around, office staff is amazing. Thank you Joe for all you do. Truly been a great experience .
Moved out on the morning of 3/2/2021 and was charged a whole month of $180.00 - for 1 day of use. Not a good customer service place.
Midland Storage was GREAT to me for 12 years. I started with Judy (whom I loved). Cheri has been AMAZING and so easy to work with and I love her too. I would reccomend this place to everyone I know. I actually have. My sister and cousin both have storage units here. Thanks so much for everything!!
I went there to inquire about a job.nMet Jo a real pleasant employee.nShe holds down the fort on MWF. I sat & visited with her. I observed how she politely handles walk-ins, phone calls and the on-line inquiries. Look forward to hearing back from the owner. If I don't get in they've got a great one in Jo.
