I'm happy with all items I received. I placed my order over a holiday weekend, and it arrived 2 weeks later. While the wait was more than expected, I was fine with it because the prices are so great. I ordered 10 different fabrics, mostly chiffon, rayon, and polyester shirting. Everything was as pictured, and exactly as described. Every single cut was generous, with a minimum of six inches more than I ordered, and a couple were a half yard extra. They don't cut very straight, but didn't short me on anything at all. Each item even included a code on the packing slip with care instructions. Very helpful. I both called and emailed customer service after a week, and 10 days respectively, and got a friendly response each time. It was just my first is, so I was a nervous girl till I got a tracking number. I'll definitely order again.
I have ordered several times(12-13 different fabrics) from this company. Fabrics are great quality and prices. I wish they had better sample pictures though. Hard to see finer details of fabrics in photos. Staff is great and never had a problem with shipping, 8-10 days as opposed to 14+ days from a big national chain store.
While in St. Louis I thought I could stop by for a visit... Don't try that. It is not a retail store. However, the online deals are incredible. Find off high quality fabrics at pennies on the dollar. I'm not sure how they do it, but they've got me hooked.
I have twice ordered fabric and will do so again. The first order was for three remnants of 3 - 5 yards from their discount inventory. Two days after my order, I received an email that it had shipped FedEx, with a delivery date. The order arrived on time and I am happy with the quality of the fabric and delighted with the values.nnThe second order included one remnant and two cuts from their regular inventory. I had essentially the same experience. Prompt notification, shipping, and delivery of good quality fabrics and very good prices.
Terrible experience! I placed my order on the 1st and received it on the 14th. I emailed the company to find out where and when my order will arrive; never responded. Terrible company in the world of customer service. Unacceptable and will never order from them again.
