I met Tom today at a local grocery store in St. Charles as he was making a delivery. Very nice gentleman. He offered me a can of the reserve to try. I can't say enough. It's fantastic. His nice gesture earned him a new customer. I've seen it on the shelf before, but I will no longer walk past it.
We met Mr. Charleville a couple of months ago when he was offering samples at Fresh Thyme on Manchester Rd. This coffee is now our favorite. Try it, it is delicious! I highly recommend it.
Coffee is definitely my favorite beverage, and this is my favorite coffee. It's been a staple in my house since my first cup.
Great coffee, but customer service is lacking. Twice I have had my credit card charged at the time I placed the order, but waited two weeks before my order was shipped. Called customer service, wrote an email, left messages and no explanation as to why I have not received my coffee. Just an email the next day that my coffee is being shipped. If the coffee was not so so darn good, I would not have stuck with this company.
I have been in coffee clubs over the years and in my 4 decades of black coffee consumption,nTom Charliville's flagship Clipper Reserve Coffee is the best kept secret of off the shelf coffee I've ever had.nThanks Tom for coming out of retirement to oversee such a truly fine product.nJames.
