For whatever reason does not matter what time of the day my food is always cold or lukewarm at best. I also asked the girl can you please make my fries fresh in my sandwich because the last time I was there it was again lukewarm and it was the same so I don't know if I'll be back there it's this has happened several several times have never called to get a free meal not who I am but I'm just not really thrilled with that McDonald's at all. I'm sorry to put this on social media but it needs to be said

This Mcdonalds DOES NOT CARE. Closest one to me. But I keep hoping that they are just having bad days but turns out that it has to be the establishment. And it just gets worse every time.. They literally don't care to serve cold food, they don't care if your order is correct, they aren't polite, always out of everything. Especially the afternoon crew. Mornings here are pretty on point though. Not sure if it's a staffing issue, management. I did the survey and nothing came of it.

Rarely eat fast food. If I go to McDonald's I drive far away from the one by my house. The other night I ended up at this one because for some reason I thought it would be better. Nope. I'm pregnant and was CRAVING a mcchicken. The bun was hard, the chicken was cold and it was a SPICY mcchicken. Not what I ordered. Was SO sad ud83dude14

Well well well, where do I start? Oh yes I know! First off the time it takes to receive your meal is beyond what a normal fast food place should be. Secondly, I have been to this location several times and every time I dont receive an item that i bought and remind the person working the drive through, I get an attitude filled response and the look that im crazy. I understand people make mistakes but dont get mad at me when you screw up your job. Third, I received what I thought was a quarter pounder with cheese, and waited to get home to eat it. I hadnt eaten all day and was looking forward to eating it. When I opened my package I was greeted with nothing! No burger nothing. Just an empty box. This location either needs to completely get new staff and reevaluate the training skills that are applied when you learn how to work there or this location needs to burn to the ground with all the staff in it. Completely horrible experience, I would recommend no one goes to this location.

They never get your order right. Today the woman on the speaker could not get our order right after 3 minutes. They have numbers next to the meal, this is not that hard. We actually left before finishing the order because it has taken so long and we had zero confidence they would get the order right and the inside is closed.
