JAIME IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. He is rude, not at all helpful and clearly doesn't even know his own company policies. I drove in this bad weather and sacrificed my time to come up here for him to simply dismiss me and say there was nothing he could do. Furthermore, when I advised him of filing my taxes online he acted as if he had no idea what I was talking about. This is my second time now having a bad experience with HR Block and I will never be back. STAY AWAY AND DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!
