My husband is working in St Louis right now, so we are living out of a hotel. I was getting sick of fast food so I swung by here and grabbed some meals. The women working were so sweet and the food was bomb! So macro friendly too. I wish we had you guys in Chicago.
I’m completely hooked! These meals are so good and perfect for anyone who needs something healthy and convenient or delicious enough to stick to healthy eating. There are plenty of options and variety.
choices for any craving, and seasonal menu rotations to keep bringing new meals to the table, all made from scratch
There is no way the foods promoted as healthy should EVER have 200 mg of cholesterol let alone the amount of calories, and sodium they have. The refrigerated meals are very much overpriced since for a few dollars more you can get a fresh meal pretty much anywhere within a 1 mile radius. The shakes options are are bland, or high sugar/calorie and literally can be made with the most basic ingredients from Walmart, or Supplement Superstores.
The customer service received at fit-flavors is out of this world! There smoothie bar is amazing too!! Thank you for all you do for your customers.
