Ordered #7 asked for no peppers no lettuce and please cut in half. Also ordered a pickle whole. They didn't cut the sandwich but did cut the pickle. Glad I only ordered 1 sandwich. If you can't get it right you have a problem.
Fast and friendly service. Great place to grab a delicious sandwich.
Terrible customer service. I would give it 0 stars if I could. I drove through on my way to my hotel. The hotel is about three miles away. When I got there and sat down to eat I discovered they gave me the wrong sandwich. I called and they said yes they had discovered that with the person that got mine. I asked to have them deliver me a replacement. The manager came on and said that was too far. Less than five minutes. She did say I could get a free one the next day. I was upset and told her so but no changing her mind. The interesting part is that the reason they got it wrong was one associate there was fussing about the other staying on their cell phone. I sent an email to corporate customer service. They emailed me and said it was a franchise store but they had sent my email on and I would hear back very soon. Fife days and nothing. It is obvious their poor customer service starts at the top and trickles down. Do yourself a favor and find another location or even a different restaurant.
