Very poor customer services. Employee look me straight in the face and never acknowledge me. She was not wearing a mask either, it was in her back pocket! Customer was sitting in the lobby waiting for her food with no mask on as well. It took another employee to say I was at the count before I was helped. I guess safety is not important at this location.
Food is good. Customer service at this location definitely needs improvement. The girl working behind counter has no manners. No greeting, no thank you or a smile ! Felt very unwelcoming. Please hire people who has Customer service experience !
I'm a big pizza fan and love Imos. My wife took me to St. Louis for my birthday and this was the first time I had Imos in St. Louis! It was awesome!
We are big fans of their egg pizzas. The location in Clayton redelivered our pizza after the first one was sent with boiled eggs instead of scrambled eggs. 5+ stars for redoing our order with scrambled eggs. Keep up the good work!!
I was waiting for my order when I saw employees literally walking in off the streets go into the kitchen area touching food without washing their hands. No one was wearing fave masks and only a.few.wore gloves. Then I saw a employee in the back of the kitchen area changing out of his street clothes into his uniform. In the kitchen area?!?!?!? Just nasty... I asked for my money back and of course I was met with attitude. Smh...I'm suppose to be comfortable with eating food that is prepared by these nasty individuals? I think not!!!!
