This location in Olivette used to be so good but now it had really home downhill in quality and friendliness as well as delivery time it takes almost an hour if you ask for delivery. I've had pizza delivered faster than that. Their delivery drivers are awful as well. I almost had to course one out. She basically have my drink to me that almost caused my Coke to fall to the ground she snatched the pen and receipt from me and I didn't even say anything to warrant that kind of attitude but I definitely let her know she needed an adjustment. And then she peeled off in the parking lot. So yeah I'm done with this location especially sense the sandwiches taste like cardboard.

I ordered at 2:02pm. It is currently 2:40pm. I'm 0.5 miles from where I work. Still no sub. I ONLY ORDERED ONE. What happen to if it's not there freaky fast and fresh it's free. Smh Worst Jimmy John's EVER!!!!

Placed an order on the app for pickup, turns out it was right before closing so instead of spending 3 minutes making my two sandwiches they decided to call the minute after closing to tell me that they’re voiding my order. I was already there and noticed that they continued to bring orders out for a little while after this call... not the best way to handle the situation.

These guys are always a treat, sandwich and employees both! I think they have come to know me a bit since I'm the mutant with a severe dairy allergy (it has hospitalized me in the past when I consume it accidentally) and they work with me so carefully and wonderfully. They write little notes on my sandwiches and really brighten my day, and have even brought out the fancy art with drawing devil cows on it!nnThey made the mistake of putting cheese on my last sandwich and promptly traded it out for another at no charge. I ordered another today and I received a kind note of apology which really let me know how deeply they care for their customer base. (Thank you, KT! I lived, we're good!)nnWould recommend this franchise highly. I appreciate you guys so much!

This is the worst Jimmy Johns I have ever used. They forgot one of the sandwiches we ordered which is totally understandable.n(11:35) Ordern(12:15) Called to inform them I was missing a BLT sandwich. After hearing my question they put me on hold. After 5 minutes of holding I hung up and called back.n(12:20) They answer immediately and say they will send it out for delivery right away, I ask them if they would like me to pick it up because I don’t mind if they are busy. They say no.n(12:30) I call again and they say that it was just made and out for delivery.n(12:40) I call again and after saying I’m the guy with the missing sandwich they put me on hold.n(12:44) I show up asking for my sandwich in which they give me. (There were 3 employees standing around including the delivery guy, who I tipped $13 to when he delivered my sandwiches)nnAfter talking with my coworkers none of them use this location because this has happened multiple times. If the order shows up at all it is usually wrong. Please do not use this Jimmy Johns.
