Love everything about this place. The whole time is amazing. Fast fun and friendly. Clean and beautiful environment. Ladies or males if you need hair removal please visit you will not be upset very satisfying.
The receptionist is so friendly and very professional. I booked my appointment with Jessica Who is also very professional and welcoming. This place is clean pretty and just gives you a luxury feel. This will be the only place I utilize moving forward. Great customer service thanks ladies
I enjoy going to Waxpert Lofts because of the atmosphere. Very clean, the receptionist is very nice and Jada's personality is amazing. I have been going to Waxpert Lofts for more than a year and Jada is the only person I trust. I ask a lot of questions and Jada and her team are very helpful, understanding and we have fun! I appreciate Jada and her team for making me feel so comfortable during my appointment.
My waxer was Erin and she did an awesome job. I was super nervous because it was my first wax in a while but she made me feel very comfortable. We laughed our way through the entire process. She was very friendly, efficient, and timely. I was so pleased with my Brazilian. I can’t wait to go back to see Erin! Thank you Erin and Waxpert Lofts for an outstanding experience.
First time me going was in June, I was nervous at first but erin has amazing customer service & I felt comfortable to go ahead & do it. It wasn’t even as bad as I thought it would be & super quick like 8 minutes! I’ve been going every month since then & all the ladies there have excellent customer service!
