Great barber shop,friendly staff,like family. Very professional staff and clean shop
Judging from one customer review I just read, they still don't know how to treat new customers, in 2015 when I came to the shop for the first time with my 2 children, I was also not greeted, it was almost like they did not want us there, so I left and took my money to 2K Styles barbershop on Saint Charles Rock Road where they know how to treat customers
The atmosphere is great, friendly, and very welcoming! These guys truly care about exceptional quality and customer satisfaction and their work really shows it.
If I could give negative stars I would, don’t listen to the good reviews they are all FAKE written by people who work there,reckless barbers on the loose DO NOT COME HERE, the barber didn’t know what any haircut was and when I let him cut my hair he’s yanking my hair and trying to aggravate me and had the whole place looking at me with smirks and afterwards the barber followed me outside as if he wanted to fight me, if you want a regular to decent cut without having to fight the barber DO NOT GO HERE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT
You can tell this is a well oiled machine! The Barber Shop is clean, all of the barbers are professional, the conversations within the shop are kid friendly, and everyone uses their inside voices. Understandably, customer PUNCTUALITY is very important to a barber - It impacts the barber and their other clients. Understandably, it also impacts the barbers ability to meet the needs of their FAMILY (financially & quality time). My sons 1st appointment I was late. The gentle reminder helped me put things into perspective! #GoodJobMrJeff
