Don’t do unlimited rides with this company because they will continue to take your money even when you cancel. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me in 2 years but kept going because I love the instructors. Recently I had to cancel due to financial hardships and my grandmother passed away and I’ve paid a lot for her funeral. With that said I explained them taking that money will put a negative in my account. I explained this to them and they said “im sorry for your hardships but there’s nothing we can do. Your 30 days is on the 13th but we had to take it on the 10 th so there’s nothing we can do.” They care nothing about members just money. I’m ashamed to even have gone had friends support their company. I usually don’t blast people but they were so insensitive and heartless. I could speak on the other negative experiences I’ve had with them that I wasn’t treated the same as other members but this one was the biggest.

My wife and I joined the new CycleBar opening at Mid Rivers, but until they open we decided to ride at Creve Coeur. We had our first ride this past Sunday with Grace!nnOur experience was absolutely awesome and we will definitely be utilizing this studio until the other location opens.nnI want to also say, the entire staff was friendly, accommodating, and just overall awesome!

Cancellation policy is not stated when you sign up. After my summer started to get busy, I decided I would cancel my premium membership. Unfortunately, they require you a sign a form and wait 30 days in order to not charge you money. Thus, I am being forced to pay for a month of membership that I will not use. I would have liked to get back into this come winter, however I’m incredibly frustrated by this cancellation policy. I will not be returning.
