It was smelling actually pretty nice, but the gym smell you would have. The staff was nice and knowledgeable. They have a few people who will help you with the different workout equipment.
I trained here years ago and about to go back. Mr Smith is an amazing guy. Very good approach at their training. No nonsense approach
