This gym has the best training atmosphere I’ve ever had. The trainers are so knowledgeable and fun. The variety of exercises is endless. You truly are part of a family here.
Easy to access. Has a good variety of things to do. The staff is nice. Also, the people who come here are usually very nice and welcoming.
It's a nice, small neighborhood gym. The staff is nice and the boxer trainer Mr. Wood worked well with my son. It's an older gym and reminds me of the 1st Rocky movie which I like; but overall you can definitely get a good workout.
Awesome gym in the middle of the neighborhood. Had all the equipment and space for any activity you’d want to do.
I just visit the place today for about an hour.It gave me a real authentic feel bottom line I love it..
