They back their work with amazing costumer service. Last week I bought a ring doorbell pro and could not figure out the installation for the life of me. They came in this morning and installed it for me beautifully within 45 minutes. I have no hesitation recommending Elements Electric Services to anyone needing electrical/lighting work.

We hired Elements Electric Services to install an EV charger at our home. The experience was smooth. They handled everything perfectly from the estimation, permitting, to the job itself, and follow-up with total professionalism. They are truly knowledgeable about their business, and they have such a positive, can-do attitude! We recommend them, and would like to recommend them highly.

Elements Electric Services came to my house to help add lighting and fans to my back covered porch as well as add a few lights inside. They were also able to help me figure out how to put a few new outlets within our house. Their service went beyond what I could of asked for. It was very hot and they were able to complete the job when stated and cleaned up. I had them out another time after that to run wire for our tv’s and it turned out great. I would highly recommend Elements Electric Services.

The technicians from Elements Electric Services arrived on time. They were thorough and professional. They examined our electrical panel and explained the extent of work needed to assure that we conformed to the electrical code. The work was performed over the next two days. Everything possible was done to minimize damage with installation of a larger panel and two sets of track lights and they cleaned thoroughly afterward. We will definitely use them next time we have electrical work done.

They came out to investigate an electrical issue with a switch, for which we paid a $99 service fee. After 8 hours of diagnostic (which we were not aware we would be charged for) and a $650 bill, there was no solution and the unlicensed electrician said it was a problem with an extension cord. We are calling a different, LICENSED electrician. Would not recommend!
