I bought a pair of wired earbuds for $10.81. I went ahead and purchased them. Once I was at work, I then realized these were $1 store headphones. I put them back in the box and used my struggling headphones I already had.n1. Manager is not there in the evenings nor anybody able to exchange or return.n2. Once I finally caught one there (after 18 minutes of waiting on my lunch and others being helped) they wouldn't return or exchange since the headphones left the store.nThis is a rip off and a shame, I said I would exchange for other products or food. But they decided to screw a customer that worked down the street.nThe regular staff is polite and I could tell realize the pricing is a rip off. The manager just decided to pull this on a customer. I would not advise anybody go to this location, I'm new to the area and would suggest going 2 exits down before giving them business
Cashier's are nice but they got rid of their gas pumps and I can't park & go in without someone asking me for a smoke or money.
It is always a 20min investment in this small convince store. There card readers have a “trick” to them( they don’t work) the staff is unprofessional and even in some cases hostile PASS THIS ONE UP!
Always good customer service. They go above and beyond to please and do whatever they can for the customer. Service is always with a smile and they greet you upon entering the establishment.
The Arrogance of your employee’s is amazing. Doordash delivery drivers are just like customers. To be ignored and then have your staff be so rude. Never coming back here.
