Review is of COVID 19 drive thru testing. Their system was much less streamlined than Walgreens. Took 20 minutes sitting in line (only one car ahead of me) to get the test. They need to put at least 2 people on this service. Walgreens had me in and out in 5 minutes despite there being 6 cars in line.nnWorkers seemed nice, just undermanned.
Great pharmacy and store. Just wish they would have been more stocked during the pandemic.

Wow!!! I never expected CVS to take advantage of the Covid-19 pandemic! Went to the Olivette location this morning to purchase a package of disposable face masks to distribute to customers of my business. CVS removed the disposable masks from the shelves and removed them from the bulk packaging, and they are selling the disposable masks individually at the check-out counter for $1.99 each! There's no limit to the quantity you can buy, but they're still $1.99 each. You can buy 50 of these same masks for around $22 on Amazon, and Walmart is selling boxes of 25 of these masks for under $18. CVS, you should be ashamed of yourselves for price-gouging on this basic necessity in these challenging times.
This place was pretty good when I first came here... It appears that there was a cut in staff. It's difficult to reach anyone in the store anymore. I get pages that border on harassing about medications that I, only a few days ago, opted out of auto-refill because I can get it cheaper from another vendor. I feel sorry for the employees and management at this store.
