I ordered a Grande coffee with cream and sugar, and the coffee tasted liked dirt, I threw in the trash, it was disgusting ud83eudd2e
They wouldn’t allow me to use a free drink I had on my Starbucks card when I showed it to them. And said it’s “different” because it’s an airport location. Well I’ve done it before so I just paid $8 for a drink I should have gotten for free. This is ridiculous! Sierra was also incredibly rude and did nothing to help.
This Starbucks does not adhere to customer requests well. Asked for a cream in my coffee- this is what i got..
Decent Starbucks with almost every menu option you’d find at a stand alone store. Breakfast & lunch sandwich options and fairly fast service...the line was pretty much nonstop. The staff was helpful, but you could tell they were overwhelmed with the constant rush of people.
Lol. I've been in line waiting to order (4 people in front of me... Still) for 10 minutes. There are three people working here and from what I can tell none of them are actively making coffee. Looks like they're doing a good job of prepping for when they close in 2 hours though. Ironically, I've been to this Starbucks in the morning and it actually functions. So I know it's possible.
